5G NR ARFCN calculator

This Page provides information about 5G NR ARFCN Calculator. Calculator is based on 3GPP TS 38.104 Release 18 specification.

It will help you to convert the number of the 5G NR ARFCN frequency channel to the 5G NR frequency and back (5G NR frequency to 5G NR ARFCN).

Be Careful, Support ARFCN depends on the frequency band. More information in the tables below.

Example: 5G NR ARFCN = 428000, 5G RF Center Frequency = 2140 MHz

The formula for 5G NR ARFCN is described in 3GPP TS 38.104 chapter 5.4.2.1.

By default, frequency range of 5G NR is divide into two parts FR1 and FR2 (below you can see table from 3GPP 38.104, table 5.1-1).
